Ingredients

Ginger peel, Mugwort, Ramulus cinnamomi (Cinnamon Twig), Divaricate Saposhnikovia (silver root), Tetradium ruticarpum (Evodia Fruit), Lemongrass.

How to Use

Put 20 to 40 grams of ginger bath herbs in a mesh bag and place it in a pot with 10 to 15 liters of water. Then, bring to a boil, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, and let cool to a suitable temperature before use. After a shower, apply it to the body with a towel or pour it over the body. Avoid using it on a wound. Reuse the pack twice by repeating the steps if necessary.

The postpartum herbal bath pack is suitable for women who have just delivered vaginally or by C-section. This product can also be used after a miscarriage or during the colder seasons by anyone who needs extra warmth, but it is not recommended for pregnant women.

This product is only intended for external use. Make sure you perform a patch test before using any product. If a skin rash appears, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.
